If you choose to exit, you may sell or settle your interest at the applicable prevailing market
value, subject to the terms and procedures applicable under the project.
Develop
If you choose to continue towards development, your proportionate interest may be utilised for an
apartment development arrangement, subject to the approved development plan, applicable regulatory
approvals and a separate
Development Agreement.
